Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Cravia, we strive to deliver quality products and a seamless experience. However, in rare cases, we do accommodate partial refunds under specific conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only before installation and if the following conditions are met:

The product is unused and undamaged

The original packaging is fully intact
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

The chimney or product has already been installed

The product is damaged after delivery
-
You wish to return due to change of mind or personal preference
2. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes inspection, a partial refund will be initiated after deducting applicable convenience charges.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 working days.
3. Installation Charges

No refund will be issued for installation services once scheduled or completed.
