Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cravia, we strive to deliver quality products and a seamless experience. However, in rare cases, we do accommodate partial refunds under specific conditions.


1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only before installation and if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and undamaged

  • The original packaging is fully intact

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The chimney or product has already been installed

  • The product is damaged after delivery

  • You wish to return due to change of mind or personal preference


2. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product passes inspection, a partial refund will be initiated after deducting applicable convenience charges.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 working days.


3. Installation Charges

  • No refund will be issued for installation services once scheduled or completed.
