By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Orders & Payments

We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

All transactions are securely processed through HDFC Bank’s payment gateway.

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization. COD orders are verified prior to dispatch.
2. Delivery & Installation

We deliver across all pincodes in Bihar, India.

Standard delivery takes 1–5 working days post order confirmation.

Professional installation is included by default, and will be scheduled by our service team upon delivery.
3. Product & Packaging

All necessary accessories are included inside the chimney box.

We currently do not offer external or add-on accessories for separate purchase.
4. Service, Support & Warranty

Cravia products come with official warranty and after-sales support.

Damage due to misuse, tampering, or unauthorized installation will void your warranty.

All products are intended strictly for personal domestic use within India.
